Order Confirmation:

Once you've placed your order, keep an eye out for an order confirmation email. This means we've received your order and done a quick check on your credit card. As soon as your order is confirmed and if the items are in stock (which they usually are!), we'll process the charges and prepare to send out your order.

Your Protection is Important:

We take your information security seriously. We've put in place strong physical, electronic, and procedural protections to keep your details safe. When your data moves to and from our site, we use top-notch 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology.


Order on the Move:
If your order is good to go and your credit card is charged, your items will hit the road within two business days from your order date. You won't be left wondering - we'll shoot you an email with tracking info within a day of your order leaving our warehouse. If you haven't heard from us within six business days, just reach out to us at support@greatamericanluggage.com.


No Tax Surprises on Shipping:

We're not about sneaky taxes. We don't add taxes on shipping fees.


What About Taxes on Products?

Here's the deal: We're only charging taxes for one state. We're tax-free champs for 51 out of 52 US States and Territories. Just one place - California - gets the tax treatment because we're connected there in some way. Tax rates vary based on where you call home.

The good news is, all states except California don't have to worry about sales tax. You're off the hook!


No Waiting for Backorders:

Our aim is to always have what you want ready to go. But sometimes, demand beats us to the punch. If something's backordered, don't stress. You can still order it, and we'll ship it as soon as it's back in stock. Or if they are no longer available, we will give you a full refund immediately.

We try our best to give you accurate delivery dates, but remember, they're estimates and might shift. Unexpected vendor delays can happen, and if they do, we'll email you with the scoop. If the new timing doesn't jive with you, contact our Customer Service crew at support@greatamericanluggage.com.

 

Safe Arrival Guaranteed:

When your package arrives, give it a quick check for any dings or dents. If you spot damage, make a note when signing for it. If your items are damaged inside, snap 3-5 pics from different angles and send them to support@greatamericanluggage.com. We'll roll up our sleeves and help you file a claim. But remember, you've got 5 days from delivery to report damage.


Returns and Refunds Made Simple:

Not loving what you got? No worries. You can return it within 30 days after it arrives, as long as it's in tip-top shape and still has its original packaging. Items that have been tinkered with can't be returned. If you're returning it for reasons other than it being damaged upon arrival, there's a 20% restocking fee. You're in charge of the shipping costs for the round trip (from us to you, and back to us). Once we have the item back in our hands and it's in the right condition, we'll refund you minus fees. The refund goes right back to your original credit card.


Plan Ahead Before You Buy:

Before you hit the buy button, double-check the space, sizing, and all the important stuff. Once 30 days pass, we can help with returns only if the item is damaged and still under the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period varies, ranging from 1 to 3 years based on the company.


Custom and Special Orders:

Orders that are custom-made or tailored just for you can't be returned or canceled. We put extra work into these products to fit your unique needs, so they're yours to keep.
